Western largest denim processing park registered settled in Youyang County, Chongqing
From the Youyang County Government in Chongqing, a number of textile enterprises from Hong Kong and Jiangsu Province will invest 1 billion yuan to build the largest denim processing park in the western region of Chongqing at Youyang Industrial Park. The first batch of enterprises have officially registered and settled there. According to reports, in accordance with the project plan, within the next 3 years, Youyang Industrial Park will create a denim production base with 30 textile enterprises, and its production capacity will reach the first in western China. At present, Chongqing Gold Coast Garment Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Hepeng Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. have officially settled with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The responsible person of Youyang County Government said that land, labor costs and preferential policies are advantages of Youyang in attracting foreign enterprises. At present, the comprehensive price of land transfer in Youyang Industrial Park is only 50,000 yuan per mu, while that in the coastal areas is 3 times or more. The average wage of workers in Youyang is about 1,000 yuan, only about half of the manpower cost in the coastal areas. In addition, Youyang Industrial Park newly introduced preferential investment policies, where investment in fixed assets in more than 5000000 yuan of enterprises, can subsidize the standard factory 1 to 5 years rent; enterprises enjoy 15% income tax concessions, based on the one-time investment of 10 million Yuan or more, the government will provide 1 mu of land for every 1 million yuan of funds.
