Finished product inspection scoring rules and related regulations

At the time of the finished product inspection, four points were scored for each code in the continuous irregularity on the same cloth surface.

2, serious defects

(1) It was found that a continuous roll of 2.74 cm (3 yards) on a roll of fabric could not be classified as Class A (except for the false cut-off requirement).

(2) No serious defects are allowed in the head or tail of a roll cloth or 2.74 (3 yards). Any head or tail of a roll cloth with 3 or 4 points should be cut off on the spot.

3, other defects

There are lotus leaf, pre-shrinkage, edge wrinkle and other defects on the cutting table can not be used as Class A products.

4, width measurement

Measure at least 3 times the width of each roll cloth (the head, middle and tail of a roll of cloth, averaging, fail to meet the requirements can not be made

A grade product.

(1) Calculation of the width: The width of the entire page refers to the distance (cm or inch) between two sides of the cloth.

The effective width refers to the distance (cm or inch) between the two sides of the cloth edge and the needle hole.

(2) Fabric width requirement: The width of common fabrics should not exceed 2.54 cm (1 inch), and the width of elastic fabric should not exceed 5.1 (2 inches). It can be used as long as the dimensional change ratio of water washing and fabric weight meet the requirements. Use qualified products.

5. Segment length

The section leader requirements should be implemented according to the requirements of the contract. General customers can accept lengths of 36.58m (40 yards) or longer (not accept spellings), and some customers can also accept spellings (as stipulated in the contract).

6, skew and weft

(1) The weft and skew requirements for general plain weave fabrics are <3%.

(2) The weft and skew requirements for printed checkered, jacquard, and dyed plaid fabrics are <2%. It should be noted that, for the calculation of the skew of the arc and S-type skew, the denominator is not calculated in full width, but is 1/2 of the full width (single bow arc) and 1/4 (one S arc), respectively; In addition, for the twill weave fabric with a skew requirement, we do not simply check the weft slack by checking the weft pattern of the plain fabric, and determine whether it is acceptable or not by changing the weft slack after washing.

7, hole

In the same place, there are two broken yarns (three specified in the national standard) as broken holes, regardless of the size of the hole, four points are scored.

8, odor

Grade A does not allow odors.

9, fabric density

GB/T 411-2008 National Standard for Printing and Dyeing Fabrics of China stipulates that the relative deviation of the warp density of excellent products is within -3.0% and less than the relative deviation of the latitudinal density within -2.0% or less. There are also customers within ± 5% of the relative deviation of the warp and weft density of the fabric.

10, fabric weight

The average customer may allow ±5% error.

11. Hand and hairiness assessment

Check the customer's hand-feeling board and hairiness board to check if the feel and the grossness of the large goods meet the requirements. If a large gap is found, wait for the production and consult with the customer for the first time.

12, color

General customers are required to use cloth strips as the basis for color matching (one for the factory). The average customer can accept 3 lot colors per color, and each color requires a minimum of 457.2m (500 yards). There are also customer requirements that sub-lot color is more careful and more rigorous and can accept more color batches (generally no more than 5).

Permissible for a certain color difference between each lot color, lot color difference according to the requirements of the gray sample card to reach 4 - 5 levels.
