The OROMOЯO brand consistently explores the intersection of beauty and love, aligning closely with this theme.
Hu Xizhai, the founder of OROMOЯO, excels at blending Eastern and Western cultures seamlessly. His work beautifully marries European pleated craftsmanship with traditional Chinese techniques, highlighting the fashionable allure of pleated fabrics while embracing a spirit of freedom and inclusivity. He expressed optimism about the growing influence of Shengze Fashion Week, comparing its trends favorably to those of International Fashion Week.
FIORENZA SPEZZAPRIA, renowned for his diverse roles as a professor at prestigious institutions like IED and NABA, brings a wealth of experience to his designs. His portfolio includes collaborations with brands like Five-Fox and BASILE, as well as contributions to prominent Italian labels. He holds a deep understanding of integrating Eastern and Western fashion philosophies.
For this season's presentation, the design draws inspiration from Eastern aesthetics and the art of square composition. The collection balances traditional folding techniques with modern Italian fashion, emphasizing innovation within a contemporary context. These elements aim to create a fusion of high quality, novel aesthetics, cultural heritage, and cutting-edge design, setting the tone for future fashion and cultural movements.
In an interview, FIORENZA SPEZZAPRIA praised Omniya's pleated fabrics: "Whether silk or imitation silk, their combination with pleats creates a flowing grace akin to a butterfly, offering a natural and comforting aesthetic."
