SyncastTM is a polymer with unique elasticity and thermoplastic properties. Since SyncastTM is cast at temperatures below the melting point of the polymer, the internal stress is low. The proper molecular chain length gives the sleeve excellent elasticity and roll recovery, and the deformation is small. SyncastTM sleeves are fully annealed and ultrasonically calibrated to ensure quality and performance. The sleeve has a working face length of more than 7 meters and a diameter of 1.25 meters, which can be used to replace the existing polyamide roller.
